Orange Blossom Water for Healing
For body injuries and sore muscles:
Soak in a hot bath, then spray the effected area with refrigerated, orange blossom water. After soaking and spraying the effected area with ice cold orange blossom water, use a cozy, reading/bed rest pillow and lie more on the opposite side of of your injury to enjoy some healing, restful sleep. Do this, as needed, throughout the days.
